Lok Kawi Wildlife Park

a bit lonely at home, so grabbed the camera, picked up my mother, my sister, my brother & my nephew, then we went to the park. afternoon, not so nice timing though, but i'm more concerned bout the composition. at the end, post processing, mostly cropping. i'll put it here bit by bit. so, n-joy...

Pengupas kelapa - Coconut husk peeler



Actually this shot was taken last year during our visit to my father-in-law's orchard in Tawau. upon seeing it my two daughters ask their grandpa, what is that thing?
To be frank, i myself haven't seen it for decades.
It was put in a cage as a safety measure, so the orchard keeper's children wouldn't run straight into it, when they are playing on the lawn under the cool tree's shade.
(in another words, 'supaya ndada yang tatabak')so nobody will get hurt.

a waterworks. rain drops from tree on to it's spotlight. even not with multiple colors, but still, it's beautiful. take while i was stuck in my car in the parking lot, on my way to a wedding reception.
